I begin my career with the Cape Henlopen School District as a long-term substitute teacher in 2019. Prior to that, I taught preschool at a private center for 6 years. In 2020, I became a para educator and student taught at Milton Elementary School. I began teaching in the k-2 specialized setting classroom at Milton Elementary in 2023. My rules for my classroom 1) Be Safe 2) Be Kind 3) Be Neat 4) Work Hard 5) Have Fun! I believe that all students have the right to a safe and enriching classroom environment. Believing that all students can achieve great things is one of my core beliefs as an educator. As I tell my students every day "you can do hard things!".
