Hi! My name is Kati Hartstein. I grew up in Sussex County and graduated from Laurel High School. I graduated from the University of Delaware in 2009 with my degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Disabilities Studies. In 2021, I graduated with my master's degree in Special Education from Wilmington University. My family recently moved to Milton and we absolutely love it. I am so happy to join the MES family!
