Dr. Krissy Patton MES Teacher of the Year
Congratulations to Dr. Krissy Patton who is the Milton Elementary School 2025 Teacher of the Year! Dr. Patton was also named as the District-wide Teacher of the Year at a ceremony held on May 14!

On Friday, March 7, Milton Elementary held a gallery walk, showcasing their month-long research projects on African American leaders in our community.

Rehoboth, Lewes, and Milton Elementary, along with Mariner Middle School will all be represented at the April 5th State Competition for Odyssey of the Mind (OM).

Three students from the Cape Henlopen School District competed: Cass Spinosa, fifth-grader at Love Creek Elementary; Mia Barnes, fifth-grader at Rehoboth Elementary; and Evan Ponen, fifth-grader at Milton Elementary.

The Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice recently honored select students at the Sussex Consortium and Lewes and Milton elementary schools for their exemplary leadership, effort and excellence.

The Milton Elementary School Milton 5 Leadership Team visited the Food Bank of Delaware located in Milford, to deliver items collected during a school-wide food drive.
